About

Hi, I’m Eunju Kang, a 2nd year PhD student in Computer Science at the University of California, Irvine, advised by Dr. Sangeetha Abdu Jyothi. My research are in networked system design and performance optimization, with distinct focus areas in LEO satellite networks, and adaptive video streaming.

Currently, I’m working on live video streaming over LEO satellite network, aiming to achieve sub-second video quality adaptation to improve performance under highly variable network conditions.

Before coming to UCIrvine, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Sungkyunkwan University in South Korea, where I was fortunated to be advised by Prof. Euiseong Seo.
